Mechanic (HGV Trailers)
We are currently seeking an experienced HGV Trailer Mechanic to join our Manchester Depot. This is an ideal role for candidates also in St Helens, Wigan, Widnes, Bolton, Runcorn and surrounding areas.
Within this role you will work in our depot workshop and may also be required to carry out field-based repairs. You will be working alongside our established workshop staff and the Depot Manager/Rental staff. Ideally you will have a proven track record as a Mechanic in a commercial vehicle environment, with the ability to maintain all makes of trailers.

Responsibilities as HGV Trailer Mechanic
- Inspecting trailers to MOT standard
- Showing competence when carrying out repairs and servicing
- Liaising with the Depot Manager
- Performing pre-delivery inspections in line with company policy.
- Completing all paperwork, clock cards and job cards accurately and efficiently within the time scale required.
- Experienced in a similar role

- Awareness of Health and safety issues
- Your own tools
- HGV Licence (beneficial)
