Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking to make a real difference to young people's lives?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join an exciting new 14-16 provision, delivering engaging GCSE and Functional Skills Maths lessons to learners who benefit from a supportive, inclusive and specialist educational environment.
The Role You will:
- Deliver high-quality GCSE and Functional Skills Maths teaching.
- Support students with a range of needs, including SEND and SEMH.
- Monitor progress, implement interventions and help learners achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices.
- Work closely with parents, carers and colleagues to support learner success.
- Promote positive behaviour and create an engaging learning environment.
- QTS, QTLS or PGCE qualification.
- A degree in a relevant subject.
- Experience teaching GCSE Maths.
- Experience supporting students with SEND, EAL or SEMH needs.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and improving outcomes.
- Ability to deliver PE, Life Skills or PSHE alongside Maths.
