Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials engineering for the petrochemical, oil, and gas industry..


• Experience in Engineering and Procurement (EP) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.


• Experience with lump\-sum project proposals.


• Management skills to negotiate with suppliers or clients in pursuit of win\-win agreements.


• Ability to work independently, focused on achieving objectives.


• Ability to work and coordinate within multidisciplinary teams to solve project issues.

• 100% presencial en UAE.

Principal duties

• Define materials and metallurgy specifications for project equipment and materials.


• Perform thickness calculations and review manufacturing procedures, treatments, and required testing, among others.


• Review supplier procedures and documentation related to material specifications, manufacturing procedures, welding, treatments, tests, and inspections, among others.
