Material Planning Manager (d/m/w) AIRBUS

As a Material Planning Manager (d/m/w), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring service levels, supporting commercial campaigns, and managing material inventory planning across various customer solutions. This position involves close collaboration with supply chain, provisioning, and operational planning teams to deliver optimal performance throughout the entire service lifecycle. Based in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, this role provides an opportunity to directly influence operational success and efficiency.

Your tasks:

• Focus on securing Service Levels and supporting Commercial campaigns.


• Collaborate with Satair Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, and Provisioning Engineering teams.


• Manage inventory and location allocations to balance commitments with service requirements.


• Work closely with Local Planners to train and forecast material demands for customers.


• Conduct consolidated demand forecasts for operational planning implementation.


• Support ad-hoc commercial requests, driving service optimizations and improvements.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.


• 3 years of experience in supplier management, project management, supply chain, logistics and technical documentation.


• Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAP and Google Workspace applications.


• Analytical skills in Lean Management, Process Management, and Risk Management.


• Strong German and English language skills at a professional level.


• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and assertiveness.


• Willingness to travel internationally once or twice a year for on-site campaigns.
