About You:
As a \*Supervisor\* at our store in The Designer Outlet you’ll play a key role in supporting the store team in creating an impactful store environment and delivering a memorable customer experience that drives performance. You’ll use your leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring the store operates smoothly and remains a great place to work. You’ll be proactive and organized, helping the team make the most of every opportunity to shine.
Experience Required:
\- Previous experience in a retail environment
\- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
\- Proven ability to work within and motivate a team
\- Customer service experience required
\- Previous supervisory experience preferred
\- Key Responsibilities
\- Customer Service
\- Lead by example, mentor and support team members to enhance their sales and service skills
\- Monitor and support the achievement of sales targets
\- Address customer concerns effectively and professionally
Supervisory Duties:
\- Support the Store Manager in meeting store goals while adhering to company policies and maintaining high standards
\- Communicate with Head Office to provide insights on product performance
\- Assist with stock ordering and management as needed
\- Organize and delegate daily tasks to the store team
\- Take steps to minimize stock losses and manage operating expenses efficiently
Additional Duties:
\- Help maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation throughout the store
\- Be familiar with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
\- Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Head Office
FULLY FLEX HOURS \- must be available to work any hours between 08:00am \- 21:00pm weekdays and Saturday (Sundays from 08:00am to 19:00pm)
Contracted Hours \-TEMPORARY contract, 12 hours a week (MINIMUM CONTRACTED). Room for more hours during peak seasons.
Pay: £13\.60 per hour
