Master Data Finance Lead:

• Forte expérience en migration de données, en Master Data SAP et en finance


• Location : Paris \- 2 jours de télétravail/semaine


• Travel expected : Once per month

Within the Record to Decide Process Design team, the role of Finance Lead focused on Finance Master Data is to lead the design of the Master Data Management (MDM) for the Leap transformation program. This role is tasked with establishing the foundational data structures and governance models that will drive accurate financial reporting and operations in the new ERP environment.

Your Key Missions :

• Design Financial Master Data Structures: You will create the framework for chart of accounts, cost centers, and other financial data elements, aligning with business needs and ERP capabilities.


• Co\-Develop Governance Framework with central team: You will establish clear guidelines for data integrity, including ownership, standards, and maintenance protocols to ensure consistent data quality.


• Identify ERP Master Data needs: You will coordinate with the Tech teams to map and integrate financial master data, identifying and addressing gaps towards seamless functioning MDM to ERP and vice versa.


• Implement Data Quality Controls: You will set up regular data quality checks and cleansing processes to maintain accurate, up\-to\-date financial information in the ERP system.


• Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: You will communicate master data management strategies with finance and tech stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns.


• Collaboration for delivery: You will work closely with both finance and tech teams, to identify strategy for MDM development, integration with ERP, and data migration in preparation for pilot and rollout

Key interactions: internal with other process teams and tech teams

Geographical scope :

• Location: Paris


• Business travels to be expected: limited but more frequent during pilot phase


• English and French Mandatory
