A great place for families to create memories, spend a fun\-filled afternoon, or burn off excess energy. We're excited to be recruiting for a Marshall to join our Edinburgh team!
The role of a Marshall
Our key to success is FUN! Fun for our customers and a fun working environment for our team. The main role of a Marshall is to create an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, so we're looking for a friendly, approachable team player who enjoys making people smile.
Creating a fun environment also means looking after the space in which you work, so attention to detail to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met is also a key part of the role, but don't worry we provide full training on Gravity's ways of working and health and safety standards. If you can see yourself leading the next Gravity warm up, or hosting a children's party, or even greeting customers front of house or in our cafe, we'd love to hear from you.
