Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace \& E\-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our presence across multiple online sales channels, including Amazon, Mirakl\-based platforms (such as Mountain Warehouse, ASOS, Decathlon), and Shopify websites.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product feed management, listing optimisation, marketplace operations, and performance marketing. This role requires a commercially driven individual who can manage end\-to\-end e\-commerce operations while driving growth across multiple brands and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace \& Sales Channel Management
- Manage day\-to\-day operations across marketplaces including Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Mirakl platforms
- Create, upload, and maintain accurate and complete product feed files across all channels
- Optimise product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and imagery to improve visibility and conversion
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong brand positioning across all marketplaces
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
- Manage pricing strategies in line with market trends, promotions, and margin targets
- Oversee stock updates, catalogue health, and overall listing quality
- Handle marketplace compliance, troubleshoot listing issues, and resolve platform\-related challenges
- Lead content creation initiatives including product copy, imagery, and campaign messaging
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Mirakl Ads, and other marketplace platforms
- Optimise campaigns based on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and conversion rate
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Manage and optimise multiple Shopify websites with a focus on performance and user experience
- Work closely with external agencies on:
- UI/UX improvements to increase conversion rates
- SEO strategies to drive organic traffic
- Website performance and technical enhancements
- Oversee the full customer journey from acquisition through to retention
- Manage the online product lifecycle including launches, updates, and discontinuations
- Ensure all websites reflect brand identity, seasonal campaigns, and commercial priorities
- Track and report on key e\-commerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and ROAS
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
- Use performance insights to inform strategy and optimise channel performance
- Forecast sales and contribute to budgeting and planning cycles
- Drive continuous improvement across all digital channels
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Mirakl platforms
- Strong knowledge of product feed creation and management (Excel, CSV, flat files)
- Experience in listing optimisation and marketplace SEO
- Hands\-on experience running and optimising paid advertising campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and e\-commerce channels simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions
- Familiarity with tools such as ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, or similar platforms is advantageous
- Experience within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle categories
- Understanding of European marketplace ecosystems
- Experience with integration tools and marketplace APIs
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
