Marketing Team Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Commission only Door to Door Marketing Team Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly in their neighbourhoods to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a confident demeanour, and the ability to work independently while representing our organisation professionally. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales experience within a supportive environment. This role will have you in a management position running and managing your own team who you will receive commission from and also require to have a full uk driving licence which will have a car allowance or a company vehicle provided.
Duties
- Conduct door\-to\-door visits within designated neighbourhoods to introduce our offerings and generate interest
- Engage effectively with prospective clients, explaining product benefits and answering queries
- Record customer information accurately using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Follow up with potential leads via telemarketing techniques to maximise engagement opportunities
- Maintain organised records of interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding safety, conduct, and data protection standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and share best practices
- Proven experience in B2C Sales; training will be provided
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently
- Organised, self\-motivated, and able to work independently in a target\-driven environment

Pay: Up to £65,000\.00 per year
