As the Acquisition Marketing team, we drive growth by attracting new users and increasing the reach, visibility, and sales of our experiences and brands. We create data-driven campaigns that connect with the right audiences across channels like Meta, TikTok, Spotify, search, TV, and more. The Role:
We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver impactful marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, and ensure effective promotion of products and experiences across digital channels.
What You´ll Do:

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences around the world, both for our partners and our own very unique Fever Original events</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting...)</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Role based in Madrid.</li>

Who You Are:
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have 6-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a proficient level of English and French. </li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a marketing background.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You look for an opportunity to work in Madrid and evolve in Fever.</li>
