Germany is one of the most important and fastest\-growing EV markets in Europe. That's why we're looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Specialist in Germany who will help grow Allego's presence, increase charging sessions, strengthen our brand, and create local partnerships that accelerate EV adoption.

About the role

As Regional Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving local marketing performance across the full customer journey: from creating awareness and attracting new drivers to increasing charging sessions and building customer loyalty.

You'll act as the voice of the German market within the organization, translating local opportunities into actionable marketing initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Product, CRM, Digital Marketing and external partners, you'll ensure Allego continues to grow its market position in Germany.

This role combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and hands\-on execution. You'll have the freedom to identify opportunities, test new ideas and directly influence business results. We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast\-moving environment, and is excited to build and grow a market.

It will be your goal to increase the amount of charging sessions and station utilisation, improve brand awareness and visibility, build strategic partnerships, build local campaigns, increase findability of our stations and gather market intelligence and pricing insights.

What you’ll be doing

• Grow Allego’s presence in Germany

Develop and execute the local marketing plan for Germany, aligned with Allego's commercial objectives and growth ambitions.

• Drive brand awareness and market visibility

Increase Allego's visibility through local PR, media partnerships, influencer collaborations, events and regional campaigns.

• Build local partnerships

Develop and support partnerships with OEMs, fleet operators, mobility providers, retailers and other strategic partners that can help drive traffic to Allego charging locations and increase customer acquisition.

• Maximise station performance

Monitor charging location performance (together with internal stakeholders) and identify opportunities to improve utilisation of our charging stations.

• Own customer engagement and retention

Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to develop local campaigns.

• Put Allego on the map

Ensure Allego charging locations are highly visible and accurately represented across Google Maps, Apple Maps, ChargeMap and other navigation and charging platforms.

• Monitor market perfomance

Deliver insights about local market developments, competitor activity, pricing and customer behaviour (through regular customer survey).

Who we’re looking for

You're a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a fast\-moving environment and taking ownership of results. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and are comfortable working both strategically and operationally.

Ideally, you bring:

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, trade marketing or partnership marketing (B2C, mobility, retail or tech)


• Experience managing regional or country\-level marketing programs


• Data\-driven decision\-making skills and the ability to translate insights into action


• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills


• Experience with campaign development, partnerships and customer engagement initiatives


• Experience working with CRM, digital marketing and performance reporting


• Fluency in German and English


• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally to our Arnhem headquarters
