Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate projects within the Therapeutic Area “Respiratory Allergies” in line with the marketing strategy.


• Develop and implement marketing materials, adapt global assets to local needs according to the marketing strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.


• Translate strategy of the therapeutic area into actionable tasks and timelines together with Head of Marketing (Product Manager).


• Develop campaigns and quarterly plans, prioritize and track progress.


• Independently execute classic and digital marketing activities. End\-to\-end development and timely updating of marketing materials in compliance with local regulations (PK \& PKK) and internal SOPs.


• Review relevant studies and work closely with the MSL Manager for scientific alignment.


• Manage re\-approvals for promotional materials.


• Ensure collaboration across functions (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, external agencies).


• Attend scientific congresses and events as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a comparable function within the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sector.


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications or completed basic education or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health, or Pharmacy with additional commercial training (in Marketing, Business, or Communications).


• Exceptional quality awareness, strong sense of responsibility, and precise, detail\-focused approach to work.


• Strategic and structured thinker: anticipates dependencies, assesses risks, and drives consistent end\-to\-end execution.


• Independent, results\-oriented approach, resilient in a fast\-paced environment


• Excellent time and priority management


• Fast learner with high motivation to apply new knowledge with aspirations for development


• Interpersonal skills: proactive communicator and real team player.


• Command of written and spoken German, English, and French (Italian a plus).


• Advanced MS Office skills; Veeva Vault experience an asset.
