Who We Are

We are a growing, independently owned construction company. We are experts in design and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, as well as full property refurbishments for both residential and commercial clients.

With a strong reputation for delivering high\-quality, end\-to\-end projects \- from strip\-out to final handover \- we are now investing in our brand and online presence \- and we're looking for a driven Marketing \& Social Media Manager to lead that growth.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who thrives in a small business environment, takes real ownership of their work, and wants to see the direct impact of their efforts.

The Role

You will be our first dedicated marketing hire, responsible for building and managing the company's entire digital presence from the ground up. Working closely with the directors and project teams, you'll turn our completed projects into compelling content, grow our audience across key platforms, and develop marketing systems that generate consistent enquiries from new clients.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable crafting a well\-written caption, updating a CRM, and planning a three\-month content calendar \- all without being chased.

  • Interview clients to capture their renovation stories and incorporate their stories into your content
