Accountabilities

  • Own and execute a consistent LinkedIn strategy designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn content, including vacancies, market updates, team news, success stories, events, new hires, and company milestones.

  • Support recruiters and consultants with LinkedIn activity, personal branding, content ideas, job promotion, reposting, and audience engagement.

  • Promote job opportunities consistently across LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.

  • Manage and develop activity across additional platforms such as Instagram and Glassdoor.

  • Monitor social media performance and use analytics to continuously improve content and publishing strategies.

  • Stay informed about LinkedIn and wider social media trends, platform developments, and emerging content formats.

  • Develop recruitment marketing campaigns that support candidate attraction, client engagement, and business development objectives.

  • Create compelling content around vacancies, hiring trends, placements, testimonials, case studies, and recruitment success stories.

  • Develop employer-brand content highlighting culture, team activities, events, promotions, anniversaries, and employee achievements.

  • Work with recruiters to improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of job advertising and social promotion.

  • Build and maintain a structured content calendar covering LinkedIn, social media, blogs, newsletters, market updates, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Produce thought-leadership and market content covering salary insights, hiring trends, market intelligence, and relevant industry developments.

  • Turn recruiter expertise and internal knowledge into engaging content for social media and wider marketing channels.

  • Create and refresh marketing materials such as consultant profiles, client information packs, case studies, testimonials, and market overviews.

  • Support website content management, including keeping job pages and vacancy information accurate and up to date.

  • Support SEO initiatives and digital activities designed to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns for client and candidate audiences.

  • Track and report on social media, website, and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct competitor research focused on LinkedIn activity, content strategy, audience growth, and engagement.

  • Create marketing materials, proposals, and digital assets that support business development activity.

  • Use LinkedIn, online communities, groups, events, and digital networks to identify opportunities for candidate attraction and business development.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial and recruitment objectives.

Requirements


  • Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn for a business, brand, or professional services organisation.

  • Demonstrable experience creating LinkedIn posts, campaigns, and content that drive engagement and visibility.

  • Experience supporting employee, recruiter, consultant, or executive personal branding on LinkedIn.

  • Strong social media content creation and copywriting skills.

  • Experience using social media to promote vacancies, services, thought leadership, or B2B content.

  • Good understanding of content planning, scheduling, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

  • Experience with email marketing and digital campaign execution.

  • Experience managing website content and a practical understanding of basic SEO principles.

  • Ability to create visually engaging marketing materials and social media assets.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied and proactive content calendar.

  • Ability to translate market insights, internal expertise, and industry developments into compelling content.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, channels, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Proactive and creative approach to identifying new content, engagement, and audience-growth opportunities.

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency, staffing business, professional services organisation, or similar B2B environment would be highly advantageous.

  • Understanding of how recruitment businesses use LinkedIn for candidate attraction, job advertising, personal branding, client engagement, and business development would be particularly valuable.
