About the Role
SRJ (Scotland) Ltd are looking for a creative, driven, and highly organised Marketing, Social Media \& Content Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
You will play a key role in managing our social media presence, creating engaging organic content, and working closely with our external marketing agency to help drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms
- Create engaging and creative organic social media content
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across multiple channels
- Film and edit short\-form video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach
- Work closely with the marketing agency to support campaigns and brand strategy
- Analyse social media performance and consumer engagement metrics
- Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Work efficiently to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- At least 1 years previous experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement
- Creative mindset with excellent content creation skills
- Experience filming and editing short\-form video content
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to analyse performance data and create insightful reports
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
- A proactive attitude with a passion for marketing and creativity
- Excellent written English and sharp attention to detail
- Good understanding of UK GDPR and platform compliance basics
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools

Excellent salary dependent on experience.
