Marketing \& Social Media Coordinator

Koi Water Garden is looking for an entry level Marketing \& Social Media Coordinator to support the Store Manager in growing online presence, increasing enquiries and driving store visits.

What you will do:\-

· Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube content

· Create and edit photo and video content on site

· Plan and maintain a social media calendar

· Use Adobe photoshop and creative cloud for content creation

· Update website pages and upload content to WordPress

· Support SEO tasks, blogs and website content updates

· Assist with Meta ad campaigns and basic reporting

· Help Mailchimp emails campaigns

· Monitor comments, messages and customer enquiries

· Track social performance and report of key results

· Carry out competitor research and share ideas

· Work 5 out of 7 days, with flexibility for occasional weekend filming or appointments

What you will need:\-

· Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing

· Confidence using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

· Adobe Photoshop and video editing experience

· Familiarity with Adobe, WordPress, Mailchimp and Metal Ads is helpful

· Strong written English and attention to detail

· Organised, proactive and comfortable taking direction

· Full Uk driving licence and ability to travel to jobs and sites to capture content

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
