At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Marketing Services Intern to join our team in Milan.

Your Impact Main Responsibilities:* Support the management of purchase orders, invoices and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal processes.

• Coordinate with external partners to collect and manage insertion orders, SOWs and campaign\-related documentation.


• Maintain and update the creative tracker to ensure visibility on all marketing activities and asset status.


• Act as a liaison between Media and Creative teams to manage asset delivery and ensure compliance with platform requirements.


• Support the delivery and tracking of campaign assets to media partners, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met.


• Assist in reporting activities by collecting, organising and maintaining data related to paid media campaigns and partner interactions.

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing \& Communications or similar


• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing data and documentation.


• Good organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross\-functional teams.


• Familiarity with finance or procurement processes or tools (e.g. Ariba) is a plus


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
