The Role

This role is perfect for a creative multi\-tasker. You will be responsible for defining our digital visual footprint, assist running our social media platforms, and designing high\-impact marketing assets. You will translate our competitive financial products into compelling, compliant, and visually stunning campaigns that drive local lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Assist with Social Media Management \& Strategy

• Content Planning: Own, execute, and schedule the content calendar across all core platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Engagement: Monitor channels, respond to community interactions, and build localized brand awareness.


• Campaign Execution: Launch and track targeted digital campaigns focused on our key automotive finance products and competitive rates.

• Brand Alignment: Design clean, modern digital and physical assets (social graphics, web banners, flyers, QR code media) adhering to our core brand guidelines and specific color palettes.


• Ad Creative: Produce high\-converting visual concepts for multi\-channel advertising, ensuring complex financial offers are presented clearly and engagingly.


• Template Design: Build reusable templates for client communications, automated CRM touchpoints, and WhatsApp messaging.

• Data \& Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, tracking link clicks, lead generation metrics, and engagement data.


• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all visual assets and written copy strictly comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) financial promotion rules and UK GDPR standards (clear, fair, and not misleading).

We are looking for an experienced, self\-starting creative who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

• Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop/Illustrator) with a portfolio demonstrating clean layouts and strong typography.


• Social Media \& Marketing Experience: Proven track record of managing and growing business social media channels, ideally within a B2C framework.


• Regulated Environment Awareness: Experience or a solid understanding of working within regulated industries (such as financial services, automotive, or legal) is highly advantageous, ensuring promotions are compliant.


• Tech\-Fluent: Comfortable utilizing social scheduling tools, basic website/landing page elements, and digital marketing platforms.


• Location: Residing within easy commuting distance of Chelmsford.
