Overview
We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing \& Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role combining content creation, social media management, advertising coordination and day\-to\-day sales administration. You'll help promote our products across Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, coordinate marketing campaigns and support the smooth running of the business through accurate order processing.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Administration
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of the company's marketing plan and annual marketing calendar.
- Coordinate local and national advertising campaigns across print and digital media.
- Organise and manage advertisements in trade publications, magazines, newspapers and other relevant outlets.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional literature.
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Produce graphics, images, video content and written copy for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer enquiries where appropriate.
- Track and report on the performance of social media and marketing campaigns.
- Support exhibitions, trade shows and promotional activities.
- Assist with the organisation of marketing and promotional materials.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support business operations.
- Previous experience in administrative, marketing, retail, customer service or content creation role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using social media platforms for business or personal content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience creating visual content for social media and marketing materials.
- Experience using content creation and scheduling tools.
- Basic photography and video editing skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
