As aMarketing Program Specialist EMEA(m/w/d), you will support the planning and execution of marketing programs, events, and communications activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, you will help deliver impactful campaigns, coordinate marketing operations and administration activities, and ensure successful event execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving marketing excellence in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of corporate events across the EMEA region, managing projects from concept creation through post\-event analysis and performance reporting.
- Coordinate cross\-functional stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful marketing activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, messaging, and event objectives are met.
- Manage regional marketing operations tools and platforms, including SharePoint environments, Power Apps, event tracking systems, and marketing budget reporting processes.
- Develop and coordinate marketing communications, promotional campaigns, co\-branded materials, business updates, and supplier\-related marketing content.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams by providing marketing best practices, event guidance, process support, and onsite assistance when required
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, publications, technology guides, promotional merchandise programs, and supplier brand compliance initiatives.
- Experience in event management, marketing communications, marketing operations, or a similar role within an international business environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and Power Apps, or similar content management platforms.
- Understanding of the distribution business model, including supplier relationships, channel partnerships, and go\-to\-market activities.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers, agencies, and external partners to secure funding and support successful marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across international and cross\-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure event and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region several times per year.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
