Lune Valley Pods \& Lodges is looking for a Marketing \& Office Assistant to join our growing team in Carnforth.

This is a varied, hands\-on role split approximately 50% marketing and 50% office administration. You'll work closely with Sam and Carly and get involved in many different areas of the business.

One day you could be filming one of our latest luxury lodges for Instagram or TikTok, creating a brochure or updating our website. The next you might be answering customer enquiries, updating our database and helping keep the office organised.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

Marketing – approximately 50%

• Creating and managing content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok


• Taking photographs and videos of our pods, lodges, factory and completed projects


• Creating Reels and short\-form video content


• Planning marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches


• Updating and improving our website


• Designing brochures, flyers, adverts and other marketing materials


• Using Canva and other design and marketing software


• Helping with email and digital marketing


• Promoting exhibitions, shows and new products


• Bringing fresh ideas to help grow the Lune Valley Pods \& Lodges brand

Office \& Administration – approximately 50%

• Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries


• Monitoring and responding to customer emails


• Providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers


• General office administration


• Updating and maintaining our customer database


• Recording and organising sales leads and customer information


• Keeping customer and project information up to date


• Assisting with quotations, correspondence and paperwork


• Following up customer enquiries


• Helping organise appointments and customer visits


• Supporting Sam and Carly with the day\-to\-day running of the office

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of marketing experience. Attitude, personality and willingness to learn are just as important to us as what's on your CV.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Creative and full of ideas


• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking to customers


• Organised with good attention to detail


• Comfortable using computers, email and databases


• Interested in social media and content creation


• Proactive and able to work independently


• Happy working as part of a small, busy team

Experience with Canva, social media, photography, video editing, websites, digital marketing, customer service or office administration would be an advantage.

We're a growing Lancashire business specialising in luxury glamping pods, lodges and bespoke timber buildings, manufactured in Lancashire and supplied throughout the UK and Ireland.
