The role:
As part of the Export Europe Marketing \& Digital team, you will contribute to the growth and successful execution of our marketing strategy across diverse European markets.
With a strong focus on the Makeup category and Merchandising, you will act as a key link between HQ teams, distributors and local markets, from launch strategy and forecasting to assortment, planogram and best\-in\-class execution at Point of Sale.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the Makeup category strategy for Export Europe by assessing business potential and growth opportunities and supporting the definition of launch ambitions in line with the regional strategy
- Coordinate and monitor forecasts for new launches and promotional activities, working closely with HQ, Commercial teams, Supply Chain and local distributors
- Support, coordinate and validate the operational execution of Makeup launches across the region, ensuring markets have the right assets and guidelines to deliver consistent, best\-in\-class execution
- Monitor category performance and market feedback to identify opportunities and support strategic recommendations
- Coordinate POS visualisation and soft merchandising, translating marketing strategy and sales insights into impactful executions in line with brand guidelines
- Support new openings and refits across the region, coordinating local assortment, planograms, visualisation and brand image implementation
- Analyse sales data to recommend the optimal assortment and planogram, maximizing shelf profitability while ensuring alignment with brand portfolio strategy and equity

- Effective communicator
- 3\+ years of experience in Operational Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management and Merchandising, ideally within Beauty
- Previous experience in launch coordination and operational marketing execution, ideally across multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
- A good understanding of merchandising principles, POS execution, planograms and assortment management
- Solid analytical skills, with experience working on forecasts, sales performance and category analysis
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with merchandising or planogram tools is a plus (IWD)
- Fluent in French and in English
