Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketer, Social Media, Publicist to manage and enhance the public image of our artists at Amaryllise Records. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic communication plans, fostering positive media relationships, and promoting our brand across various channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about public relations and brand management to make a significant impact.
This role is paid at a campaign by campaign rate we pay the budget for the campaign plus a £100\+ fee for your work depending on the campaign requirements!,

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive publicity strategies to raise awareness of the organisation’s initiatives and events.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and other key stakeholders.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media appearances to maximise exposure.
- Monitor media coverage and analyse public perception to inform future campaigns.
- Organise promotional events and community engagement activities to foster positive public relations.
- Manage social media accounts to ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with organisational branding.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with media representatives and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with a strategic approach to publicity campaigns.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media, digital marketing, and traditional media outlets.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to shape public perception and promote organisational success through effective communication strategies.
