We're growing. And we need someone who can fill the venue — not just fill a content calendar.

The role
You'll own the entire marketing function. Strategy, paid ads, partnerships, brand — all yours. An SMM and Sales Manager report directly to you. This is a leadership role with real ownership and real accountability.
Your \#1 job: bring in new guests. Everything else supports that.

What you'll own
Customer acquisition — paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), influencer collabs, local partnerships, whatever works
A small team — SMM \+ Sales Manager report to you
Campaign strategy — events, themed nights, slow periods, all planned and executed properly
The numbers — bookings, footfall, ROAS, CAC. You read data and act on it
Brand partnerships — deals that bring new audiences, not just impressions

You're probably a fit if:
— 3–5 years in marketing, ideally hospitality, nightlife or entertainment
— You've run paid campaigns and can actually read a dashboard
— You've managed or briefed creative teams
— You think in revenue, not just reach
— You know how London moves

£35,000–£40,000 base
Quarterly bonus tied to footfall and bookings KPIs
Social growth bonus \+ viral campaign bonus
