The Role

We’re looking for our first dedicated marketing hire an ambitious, hands\-on Marketing Manager who can help us scale the next phase of wawa fertility’s growth.

This is not a “manage agencies and sit in meetings” kind of marketing role.

You’ll own marketing execution across content, campaigns, product marketing, events, lifecycle, brand, and growth initiatives helping us tell our story to fertility clinics around the world while building a scalable demand engine alongside our commercial team.

You’ll work directly with founders and leadership, shaping how wawa shows up in the market and how we generate pipeline globally.

  • You’re a hands\-on, commercially minded marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution.

  • You’re equally comfortable writing copy, launching campaigns, analysing performance, or briefing designers and freelancers.

  • You care deeply about storytelling, positioning, and creating marketing that actually drives outcomes.

  • You’re organised, proactive, and energised by solving problems independently.

  • You enjoy collaborating cross\-functionally with founders, sales, product, and customer teams.

  • You want your work to matter — not just optimise click\-through rates for another generic SaaS company.
What You’ll Do
------------------
  • Own and execute wawa fertility’s day\-to\-day marketing activities across multiple channels.

  • Build and manage campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and commercial pipeline.

  • Create compelling content across website, email, LinkedIn, case studies, sales enablement, and product marketing.

  • Manage and optimise lifecycle marketing and CRM workflows.

  • Support product launches, messaging, positioning, and customer communications.

  • Work closely with leadership and sales to improve go\-to\-market execution and clinic acquisition.

  • Coordinate webinars, events, partnerships, and conference activity.

  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance, reporting on insights and opportunities.

  • Help evolve and strengthen the wawa fertility brand as we scale internationally.

  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners where needed.

  • Bring structure, creativity, and momentum to a fast\-growing commercial organisation.
What You Bring
------------------
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, startup marketing, or growth\-focused environments.

  • Strong generalist marketing capability across content, campaigns, digital, and product marketing.

  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

  • Experience working closely with sales or commercial teams.

  • Comfort operating independently with high ownership and limited process.

  • A bias toward action — you ship quickly and iterate fast.

  • Familiarity with modern marketing tooling such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and AI\-enabled workflows.

  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.

  • Startup energy, curiosity, and resilience.
Bonus points if you have experience in:
  • Healthtech, fertility, or healthcare SaaS

  • International B2B go\-to\-market

  • Series A or high\-growth startup environments

  • Product\-led storytelling and customer marketing
