The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager at our Milano Office to support our business growth in the Italian market. This is a versatile role combining marketing, event management, partner engagement, and business coordination within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth in Italy.
- Organize and manage exhibitions, industry events, partner activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and headquarters to support market development and lead generation activities.
- Coordinate local marketing communications, promotional materials, and market\-facing activities.
- Support local business operations and cross\-functional coordination to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and business priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3\+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, event management, or a related role.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and partner\-facing activities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English, Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
- Experience in B2B technology, security, AIoT, electronics, or related industries is an advantage.
- Self\-motivated, hands\-on, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced international environment.
