Marketing Manager
Agora House is an Islington\-based boutique agency and the exclusive UK \& Ireland distributor for Trollbeads, a premium Danish jewellery brand with a global following. We handle all aspects of brand management, distribution, and marketing for the brand across the region, operating as a lean, high\-impact team.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially\-minded Marketing Manager to lead all brand, digital, performance, and creative activity for Trollbeads across the UK and Ireland. You will report directly to the Company Director and take end\-to\-end ownership of the marketing function: setting strategy, managing the full budget, producing campaigns, and driving eCommerce growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Define and deliver the annual UK \& Ireland marketing strategy, aligned to commercial goals and seasonal peaks
- Set and manage the full marketing budget, including monthly and annual allocation across channels
- Own the campaign calendar and adapt global direction from Trollbeads HQ to the regional market
- Collaborate directly with the Company Director to shape wider business growth plans
- Lead localisation of global campaigns \- adapting creative, messaging, and media plans for UK and Irish audiences
- Oversee multichannel execution across digital, social, email, print, and point of sale
- Develop creative briefs and produce digital assets and marketing materials in\-house using Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage campaign photography, asset briefs, and copy production end\-to\-end
- Manage the Trollbeads Shopify store \- including site updates, product launches, CRO, and merchandising
- Lead ongoing UX improvements and platform optimisation to maximise conversion and revenue
- Ensure all eCommerce KPIs are tracked, reported on, and met
- Set digital advertising strategy, define audience targeting, and establish performance goals across Meta and Google Ads
- Work with external media partners to deliver, monitor, and continuously optimise paid campaigns
- Track and report on CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics, adapting spend accordingly
- Maintain analytics reporting across all platforms (GA4, Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo)
- Extract actionable insights to inform future campaign development and go\-to\-market decisions
- Present performance updates, strategy proposals, and budget reviews to the Director
- Line manage and mentor the marketing team
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to align marketing activity with stock availability, fulfilment, and wider business planning
- Act as UK lead for Trollbeads HQ, coordinating product launches, asset delivery, and campaign timelines
- Create toolkits and support materials for B2B retail partners and stockists
- Minimum 3\+ years’ experience in similar role
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Hands\-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Proficiency with email marketing and CRM platforms, ideally Klaviyo
- Experience managing an eCommerce platform, preferably Shopify
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with performance data, KPI setting, and budget management
- Excellent creative judgment with the ability to brief and review creative work to a high standard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for in\-house asset production
- An understanding of the jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle sector

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
