Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our tourist attraction and help grow visitor numbers, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will develop and deliver marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance the visitor experience and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase visitor attendance and revenue.
- Oversee the attraction’s social media platforms
- Manage website content, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content including copy, images, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor marketing performance, visitor trends, and campaign results using analytics tools.
- Manage relationships with media, tourism boards, influencers, travel companies, and local partners.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer communications.
- Assist with budgeting and tracking marketing spend.
- Support ticket sales, memberships, group bookings, and special events through targeted promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience segments.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably within tourism, hospitality, leisure, or attractions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
- Creative thinking with a customer\-focused approach.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software.
