ROLE: DEPLOY Marketing Manager
THE OPPORTUNITY: DEPLOY is seeking a highly organised, commercially minded \& creative Marketing Manager to join our London team at an exciting stage of growth, as we celebrate 20 years of reforming fashion across UK, Europe, US \& Asia. Working closely with the Founder/Chief Creative Officer \&, Chief Brand Officer \+ wider team, you will help drive DEPLOY’s brand visibility and commercial growth internationally through marketing/sales, communications content/social media, events/partnerships \& clienteling.
DEPLOY works with a global community of leaders \& changemakers in key cities. This role will serve to nurture these relationships while supporting London showroom growth, international sales and the recruitment of new clients year on year.
Ideally suited to those who love the intersection of design, fashion, culture \& sustainability and is able to bring strong organisational \& commercial instincts with strong writing \& research skills to a fast\-moving, purpose\-driven business.
Details: Full\-Time Immediate Start \| Central London, On\-Site \| £30,000–£38,000 depending on experience.
- Office\-based role with some international travel. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to travel to the US, EU and Asia. Flexibility required for occasional morning/evening events and travel.
Marketing, Communications \& Content
- Generate \& manage copy across email, products, ecommerce, social, events \& client communications.
- Deliver marketing strategy \& activity across all channels with consistent brand tone, market\-specific positioning \& timeliness, maintain marketing \& event budget tracking.
- Manage/update brand assets, client/contact database, content \& marketing dashboards.
- Support PR activities, compile press releases \& materials, maintain listings \& partnerships.
- Plan/deliver email/digital campaigns, incl. newsletters, invitations, follow\-ups.
- Support website/ecomms content, product descriptions \& storytelling, collection updates \& photoshoot organisation.
- Develop \& manage targeted social media plan \& content calendar (with brand guideline) to grow community, brand awareness \& increase engagmemy/conversion.
- Track/evaluate social performance with insight to improve future content specific direction/impact/engagement for events, appointments \& sales indicators.
- Event planning \& organisation for London showroom \& global pop\-up activities liaising with venues, partners, suppliers \& team.
- Manage timelines, personal invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, follow\-ups \& event materials/programme.
- Deliver sales \& marketing around each event to drive attendance, appointments, in\-person sales, client services \& EComms fulfilment.
- Support clienteling, sales, customer service \& relationship courting/building to nurture loyalty \& recruit new clients year on year.
- Coordinate travel, merchandise, logistics \& event schedules to support Founder \& team.
- Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer \& Chief Creative Officer \+ Production Team to ensure workstream \& project alignment across marketing, events \& sales delivery.
- Min. 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, clienteling \& events organisation within luxury fashion/premium brands sector. Experience in relationship\-led sales \& client/customer service a plus.
- Excellent written \& spoken English with strong research \& copywriting skills.
- Experience managing email marketing (Mailchimp), ecommerce platforms (Shopify) \& client communications (Canva, Adobe, Calendly, Luma, GSuite, WhatsApp).
- Experience in generating \& managing social media \& digital marketing strategy, planning, content with measurable delivery.
- Strong organisation \& project management skills with timeliness, excellence \& attention to detail.
- Creative, visual \& cultural sensitivity with commercial awareness across international markets, client demographics for sales \& growth.
- Ability \& agility to work independently in a small, fast\-paced, founder\-led team with seasonal requirement for evening events \& international travel.
- Graphic/digital design capability, PR/media experience.
- Additional languages: Chinese, French.
