Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will play a vital role in driving student recruitment, increasing brand awareness, supporting admissions activities, and enhancing the overall student experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels while working closely with the admissions and student support teams.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior marketing and sales experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to engage effectively with prospective students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• The role requires a proactive individual who can successfully increase student recruitment, improve admissions conversion rates, and build strong relationships with prospective students.


• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase student enrolment and brand visibility.


• Promote academic programmes through online and offline marketing activities.


• Generate and manage student leads through digital platforms, referrals, and outreach initiatives.


• Support admissions targets by implementing effective recruitment strategies.


• Build relationships with prospective students and educational partners.


• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.


• Create engaging marketing content for websites, social media platforms, brochures, and email campaigns.


• Assist prospective students throughout the admissions and enrolment process.


• Respond professionally to student enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.


• Maintain excellent communication with current and prospective students.


• Work collaboratively with academic, administrative, and student support teams.


• Prepare weekly reports on marketing performance and admissions progress.

• Prior experience in marketing, sales, admissions, or student recruitment.


• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.


• Strong email composing and professional communication abilities.


• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media marketing.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong organisational and time\-management skills.
