Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s marketing strategy, digital campaigns, brand positioning, and lead generation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing initiatives to promote Sharp Brains’ IT services, managed services, ERP, CRM, AI and cybersecurity solutions across UK and international markets.
Marketing Managers and involves strategic marketing management responsibilities including campaign planning, market analysis, brand development, digital marketing, and commercial growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Promote company services including IT Support, Managed Services, Information Security, ERP, CRM and AI solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage website content, marketing materials, case studies, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, KPIs and ROI using marketing and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams to support business development and customer acquisition activities.
- Manage corporate branding, external communications, and online reputation management.
- Organise webinars, exhibitions, networking events, and marketing outreach campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and relevant UK data protection and advertising regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing management, preferably within IT services, technology, SaaS, ERP, CRM or managed services sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, social media advertising and CRM systems.
- Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
