Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a leading UK Wealth Management firm.

This established and respected firm provides tailored investment and financial planning solutions to clients across the UK. With a strong culture built on doing the right thing, collaboration, and care, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a values-led organisation.

This position will suit an experienced marketing professional who enjoys developing strategic campaigns, managing events, and driving brand awareness across a national audience. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a leading national organisation.

Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting private clients and professional connections.


• Create engaging marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital content.


• Manage end-to-end event delivery for clients and prospects.


• Lead advertising and sponsorship initiatives to raise brand visibility.


• Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads.


• Analyse data to measure and optimise marketing performance.


• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively.


• Ensure all marketing activity meets compliance and regulatory standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing (financial services, asset, or wealth management desirable).


• Proven success in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.


• Strong project management and organisational skills.


• Confident using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot or similar).


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure performance.


• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (postgraduate or professional qualification advantageous).
