Role: Marketing Manager

Reporting To: E\-Commerce Manager

Location / Working Model: London \| Office Based – 5 Days a Week

Salary: Up to £45,000

Holidays: 22 Days Paid Annual Leave \+ Bank Holidays

Who Are We?

We are an established e\-commerce retailer with a wide portfolio of brands, selling across the fashion, home, lifestyle and outdoor categories. We operate a direct\-to\-consumer business via online marketplaces such as Amazon, our own direct retail websites and other well\-established retailers such as Next, Argos \& Debenhams.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing activities across multiple channels with the goal of increasing presence and delivering sustainable commercial growth across the portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing:

You’ll take ownership of marketing activity across our brands, helping shape the wider strategy while remaining hands\-on with campaign planning, execution and optimisation. You’ll work across multiple channels to grow brand awareness, engage customers and drive commercial results.

Marketing Strategy \& Campaigns

· Help develop and deliver the UK marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.

· Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across social, CRM, paid media, influencer, affiliate, SEO and e\-commerce.

· Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance.

· Use campaign insights to improve activity and identify new opportunities for growth.

Social Media \& Content

· Own the social media strategy and content calendar across our brands.

· Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging social content, including video, graphics and copy.

· Manage day\-to\-day community engagement and creator\-led content.

· Analyse performance and continually improve content and channel strategy.

Influencer, Creator \& Affiliate Marketing

· Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators and affiliate partners.

· Manage outreach, negotiations, briefs, deliverables, budgets and campaign execution.

· Develop creator partnerships that generate both brand exposure and reusable content.

· Measure campaign performance and use results to improve future activity.

CRM \& Email Marketing

· Manage email and CRM activity through Klaviyo, including campaigns, segmentation and automated customer journeys.

· Build and optimise flows across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention and post\-purchase engagement.

· Develop campaign concepts, copy and creative as well as overseeing the execution.

· Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention and customer value.

Paid Media

· Plan, build and manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

· Allocate budgets, develop and test creative, and optimise campaigns based on performance.

· Work with creators and internal teams to produce content for paid advertising.

· Report on results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and growth.

PR \& Partnerships

· Identify and develop PR, media, product review and partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness, credibility and demand.

· Plan and coordinate product launches, seasonal activity and promotional campaigns across relevant marketing channels.

· Build relationships with external partners, agencies, creators and media contacts to expand the reach and impact of our marketing activity.

Acquisition, Amazon \& Growth

· Develop and optimise acquisition activity across paid media, creators, affiliates, PR and search to drive high\-intent traffic and sales across both our DTC website and Amazon.

· Work with the wider e\-commerce and Amazon teams to align marketing activity with product positioning, promotions and customer journeys, supporting traffic, conversion and organic performance.

· Use performance data and attribution to identify opportunities to increase customers, revenue and return on marketing investment.

SEO \& Organic Growth

· Support and develop the SEO strategy across our websites.

· Use tools such as Semrush to identify keyword, content and optimisation opportunities.

· Optimise website and product content and create SEO\-focused content where required.

· Explore emerging opportunities such as AI search visibility and changing search behaviour.

Reporting \& Optimisation

· Monitor performance across key marketing channels and report against agreed KPIs.

· Turn data into clear recommendations and actionable improvements.

· Continuously test, optimise and refine marketing activity to improve commercial performance.

About You

· You have experience working across a broad range of digital marketing channels, ideally including social media, CRM, paid media, influencer marketing, SEO and e\-commerce.

· You’re confident managing projects from initial idea through to execution, reporting and optimisation.

· You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and how different channels work together throughout the customer journey.

· You’re creative and have a good eye for content, copy and brand presentation.

· You’re commercially aware and understand that marketing activity needs to deliver measurable results.

· You’re analytical and comfortable working with data, reporting on performance and making decisions based on what the numbers tell you.

· You’re organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

· You’re comfortable working independently, taking ownership and finding solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do.

· You’re curious and keep up with changes in digital marketing, social platforms, e\-commerce, AI and consumer behaviour.

· Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys getting stuck in, testing new ideas and continually looking for ways to make things better.
