Marketing Manager – Private Healthcare (Part\-Time or Full\-Time available)

Are you a dynamic and results\-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for healthcare? Midland Health is looking for a talented marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy, drive patient engagement, and elevate our brand presence.

Your Role:

As Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract new patients, enhance brand awareness, and improve patient engagement. Your expertise in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and PR will be crucial in positioning Midland Health as a leader in private healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals

  • Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns

  • Manage brand communication and develop compelling content

  • Drive patient engagement through community events and outreach programs

  • Lead advertising campaigns while managing budgets efficiently

  • Track KPIs and use data analytics to optimise marketing performance

  • Planning and delivering patient events that support brand awareness and lead generation

  • Producing regular performance reports and recommendations to improve campaign ROI

What We’re Looking For:
  • A proven track record in healthcare marketing (private sector experience preferred)

  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and digital marketing strategies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • A data\-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices
