The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role will include:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print content.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

- Team leadership experience is ideal, but not essential.

- Proficiency with marketing tools and software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salary ranging from £48,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement for added flexibility - following an initial embedding period 5 days on-site.
