Marketing Manager

Leading Social is one of Ireland’s fastest\-growing eCommerce growth agencies, helping ambitious brands scale through paid ads, creative strategy, email marketing and forecasting.

We work with some of the most exciting eCommerce brands across Ireland and the US, managing millions in ad spend and helping brands generate 9 figures in online revenue annually.

We’re now looking for an Internal Marketing Manager to help us build the Leading Social brand into one of the most recognised agency names in the industry.

This is for someone obsessed with content, marketing, growth, positioning and building attention online.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team to help grow the agency’s presence, generate inbound opportunities, manage founder content and help position Leading Social as the go\-to growth partner for eCommerce brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping all Leading Social profiles active, fresh and up to date across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other key channels


• Agency Brand \& Content


• Managing the rollout of internal content campaigns


• Coordinating shoots, podcasts, founder content and behind\-the\-scenes content


• Helping build a consistent and premium brand presence online

Founder \& Leadership Personal Brands

• Managing the LinkedIn presence of the founder and leadership team


• Writing, scheduling and optimising posts


• Turning ideas, podcasts, meetings and insights into engaging content


• Helping position the leadership team as trusted voices in the eCommerce and marketing space

Newsletter \& Audience Growth

• Managing the agency newsletter from strategy to execution


• Building engaging content around marketing, scaling brands, paid ads and eCommerce trends


• Growing the subscriber base and improving engagement over time

Paid Ads \& Lead Generation

• Supporting internal paid ad campaigns for Leading Social


• Generating high\-quality inbound leads for the agency


• Working closely with sales and leadership on campaigns, funnels and offers


• Helping improve acquisition systems across paid, organic and events

Events \& Relationship Building

• Assisting with dinners, networking events and brand experiences alongside the sales team


• Helping organise founder events, eCommerce meetups and industry activations


• Building relationships with brands, founders and partners in the space

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media, branding and content


• Someone who naturally stays on top of trends, podcasts, creators and marketing culture


• Excellent written communication skills


• Organised, proactive and creative


• Comfortable working in a fast\-moving environment


• A genuine interest in business, entrepreneurship, eCommerce and marketing


• Bonus if you understand paid ads, email marketing or personal branding
