Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, and analysing market trends to optimise our outreach. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping our company's public image and expanding our market presence through innovative strategies and data\-driven decision\-making. The successful candidate will develop and lead marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales for Khawaja Brothers.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out market research and analyse customer behaviour;

  • Prepare and present marketing plans, insights, and business development ideas;

  • Plan, organise, and oversee in\-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community\-focused events;

  • Create and manage engaging content including social media posts, promotional videos, product images, and website updates to highlight fresh produce and special offers;

  • Take full responsibility for managing and growing the stores social media presence across relevant platforms;

  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate product information, promotions, and monitoring performance metrics;

  • Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system;

  • Engage with customers online;

  • Plan, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in management within a marketing environment, with a focus on digital channels.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

  • Experience managing social media accounts and executing B2B marketing strategies.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and time management capabilities.

  • Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing operations is preferred. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker passionate about driving brand success through innovative marketing solutions while working within a collaborative team environment.
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
