Purpose of the Role
To contribute to the successful delivery of the company’s objectives by performing the duties of the role in line with company values, policies, and procedures. Utilise marketing skills and knowledge to elevate the company.
The role holder is expected to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a proactive approach, supporting both operational excellence and the wider business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Design and deliver engaging internal communications that foster transparency, culture, and employee engagement.
- Partner with HR and leadership to support change management and strategic initiatives.
- Lead of the LIFE culture campaigns, recruitment and internal campaigns.
- Coordinate and produce presentations, brochures, posters, forms of media, case studies, etc.
- Plan and execute high\-impact corporate events and attend where needed.
- Research, liaise internally and externally to publish press releases, opinion pieces, speaking opportunities.
- Oversee the company websites, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Analyse digital performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Champion the development and consistent application of brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with business development, bids, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities.
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust messaging to maintain relevance and competitive advantage.
Skills Knowledge Attitude Training and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proactive, resilient and ambitious individual.
- Experience in general marketing, media relations, digital marketing, brand management, and event planning.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, Adobe creative, and content management systems.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
Wellbeing Responsibilities

- Actively promote wellbeing by supporting and participating in the company’s monthly wellbeing campaigns
- Maintain awareness of the company’s wellbeing structure, available resources and escalation pathways
Essential
Previous Marketing Manager experience
Willing to travel between Company sites
Excellent organisation skills and able to work to tight deadlines
Advantageous
Knowledge of CMS and basic HTML
CS6 to an intermediate/advanced level
