ISO is the business behind ISOCLEAN and ISOSKIN, with products spanning cosmetic hygiene and skincare. We reach consumers and professionals through ecommerce, marketplaces, retail and professional partnerships across the UK and international markets.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and delivery, strengthen our brands and drive profitable growth.
You must have worked in\-house within a consumer product brand, with direct responsibility for campaigns, budgets and commercial performance. You’ll bring a track record of making effective decisions, leading creative work and turning marketing investment into measurable results.
You’ll set priorities, lead campaigns and coordinate the people delivering them. The role combines wider marketing leadership with ownership of our social media and content direction.
What you’ll own
- Marketing strategy and budgets. Build and deliver a prioritised marketing plan around our products, audiences and growth opportunities. Allocate resources, set commercial targets and make spending decisions informed by margins, stock availability and performance.
- Paid marketing performance. Lead activity across Meta, Google and TikTok, taking responsibility for budgets, campaign performance and profitable customer acquisition. Work directly on campaigns and with specialists, making clear decisions about what to scale, improve or stop.
- Creative testing and optimisation. Establish a structured testing programme across messaging, creative, audiences and offers. Turn performance insights into actionable briefs, identify why campaigns are underperforming and drive improvements.
- Brand positioning and messaging. Strengthen how ISOCLEAN and ISOSKIN communicate their value. Develop compelling campaigns and product stories that resonate with consumer and professional audiences, maintaining consistency and accuracy across every customer touchpoint.
- Product launches and integrated campaigns. Own campaigns from concept through to commercial review. Coordinate creative production, website activity, email, paid advertising, organic social and partnerships around clear objectives and deadlines.
- Social media and content. Own our organic social strategy and content calendar, particularly across Instagram and TikTok. Lead the development of content that builds product understanding, credibility, community and demand. Set the standard for copy, publishing and audience engagement.
- Creators and professional partnerships. Develop relationships with relevant creators, experts and professional businesses. Build campaigns around credible expertise and real product experiences, with clear deliverables and a measurable purpose.
- Team and agency accountability. Brief and coordinate colleagues, content creators, designers, freelancers and agencies. Set expectations, challenge recommendations, give decisive feedback and ensure work is delivered to the required standard, on time and within budget.
- Commercial reporting. Explain performance clearly and recommend action. Assess customer acquisition costs, conversion, revenue and contribution after advertising costs, distinguishing new customer growth from existing demand.
- Proven in\-house marketing experience within a consumer product brand is essential, including direct responsibility for commercial results.
- Ideally five or more years of relevant marketing experience, with clear progression in the scale and responsibility of your work.
- A proven record of leading paid marketing across Meta, Google and TikTok, supported by practical campaign experience and ownership of meaningful budgets.
- Evidence of improving results through creative testing, campaign optimisation and budget allocation, with a clear explanation of your personal contribution.
- Experience delivering product launches and campaigns across ecommerce, paid media, organic social, email and partnerships.
- Strong creative judgement and copywriting, with a portfolio showing how you translate commercial objectives into effective marketing.
- Experience managing people, agencies or creative partners and holding them accountable for performance.
- The confidence to make decisions independently, challenge underperformance and resolve problems before they delay delivery.

A focused marketing plan, stronger brand communication and campaigns that deliver measurable commercial value. More effective use of budget, a consistent flow of strong creative work and clear accountability across the people involved.
You’ll give the founder confidence that marketing priorities are being turned into action, with clear visibility of results and the decisions needed next.
