Lahore Karahi has been serving authentic South Asian cuisine across London since 1995\. With a flagship restaurant in Tooting, delivery kitchens across South and North London, and exciting new ventures on the horizon, we're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level.
Job Summary
This is a hands\-on, end\-to\-end marketing role where you'll own everything from social media to PR to launching new sites. You'll be the creative engine behind the brand — developing campaigns, building our online presence, keeping an eye on market trends and competitors, and getting in front of the camera to bring our story to life. The ideal candidate is a bold creative thinker who's just as comfortable planning a strategy as they are filming content on the day.
Duties
- Plan, create, and manage all social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including filming and appearing on camera
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive footfall, delivery orders, and brand awareness
- Lead PR efforts — building media relationships, securing coverage, and managing our public image
- Drive marketing for new branch and concept launches from the ground up
- Bring bold, original ideas to the table and turn them into reality
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to keep us ahead
- Track campaign performance and report results, refining strategy based on what's working
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally in food, hospitality, or a fast\-paced consumer brand
- Confident and comfortable on camera — this is a must
- A genuine creative thinker who isn't afraid to try something different
- Strong grasp of social media trends, content creation, and what makes things go viral
- Self\-starter who can manage multiple projects and launches at once
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
