Marketing Manager
Handsome Burger is looking for a dynamic, hands\-on Marketing Executive or Manager to lead our digital presence and customer engagement. You will be the voice of the "Best Burger in Ireland," working closely with our Operations Manager and Managing Director to ensure customer engagement with our brand and growth across all marketing platforms.
This is not a "desk\-only" job; you will be in the stores capturing the buzz, using AI to scale your productivity, and leveraging the full power of the Toast POS ecosystem to drive revenue and loyalty.
This is a hybrid role \- visits to each Handsome Burger store (Dublin, Galway \& any future stores) will be required.
Reporting to: Operations Manager \& Managing director
Responsibilities and Duties:
1\. Social Media \& Content Creation
- Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and keep the Handsome community buzzing.
- Platform Management: Fully manage and grow Handsome Burger’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Reel \& Video Production: Visit stores regularly to create high\-energy Reels and TikToks \- capturing everything from the sizzle of the grill to the atmosphere in the dining room.
- Content Scheduling: Maintain a consistent, engaging posting schedule as agreed upon.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create and manage multiple marketing campaign lifecycles to create a buzz around Handsome Burger, including current store promotions, specials and new store openings.
- Email Marketing \& Loyalty: Design and execute high\-performing email campaigns Manage our loyalty program to reward our regulars and increase "visit frequency."
- Gift Cards: Design and promote digital and physical gift cards, particularly during key Irish holidays and gifting seasons.
- Website Management: Keep updated with the latest menus, news, and location info.
- Order Optimisation: Take ownership of our online collection platform, implementing strategies to increase direct collection orders (reducing third\-party fees).
- Listing Management: Maintain and update Google Business Profiles, ensuring all hours, menus, and photos are accurate across all sites.
- Monitor Performance: Regularly review our presence on Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
- Promotion Planning: Create cost\-effective marketing plans and promotions within these platforms to boost visibility without eroding margins.
Job Type: Part\-time
Pay: €18,000\.00\-€25,000\.00 per year
