This is a standout opportunity for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy for an established international business.

Joining at an exciting stage of development, the Marketing Manager will shape the marketing strategy, lead major product launches and deliver campaigns that generate measurable commercial growth across multiple markets.

This role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of the company's marketing strategy, ensuring activity supports brand growth, customer acquisition and wider commercial objectives.

Working closely with Sales, Product and Senior Leadership, you will:

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies across multiple regions and customer markets.


• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, brand, communications and demand generation.


• Plan and execute product launches from initial positioning through to market delivery.


• Build a clear and consistent brand while adapting campaigns for different territories.


• Work closely with Sales to generate high-quality opportunities and support revenue growth.


• Use performance data and market insight to improve campaigns and demonstrate ROI.


• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers and external creative partners.


• Identify new market opportunities, customer trends and areas for brand growth.


• Provide clear reporting, insight and recommendations to senior leadership.


• Help develop the wider marketing function as the business continues to expand.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or Marketing Communications Manager with:

• Strong experience in a senior marketing position, ideally within an international, manufacturing, machinery, engineering, logistics or technical environment.


• A successful track record of developing and delivering commercially focused marketing strategies.


• Broad experience across digital marketing, brand development, content, communications and demand generation.


• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and product launches.


• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and work closely with Sales, Product and Executive teams.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn marketing data into commercial decisions.


• Experience managing budgets, agencies and external partners.


• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.


• A proactive approach with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and delivery.

• £60,000-£75,000 salary, depending on experience
