Marketing Manager – Digital, Design \& Brand Development
Overview
Emergency Group is seeking a dynamic, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and directly deliver marketing initiatives across multiple international brands and business divisions.
This is a hands\-on role requiring both strategic thinking and practical execution. The successful candidate will not only manage marketing activity, but also personally create, design, build, and deliver a wide range of marketing content, digital assets, websites, campaigns and brand materials.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in graphic design, website development using WordPress, digital marketing, branding, and content creation, alongside strong organisational and communication skills.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a fast\-moving international organisation operating within medical devices, emergency response, healthcare technology, and connected solutions markets.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives.
- Personally create and deliver marketing materials including brochures, product catalogues, social media graphics, advertisements, exhibition displays, presentations, videos, and digital campaigns.
- Design and build website pages and digital content directly within WordPress, including landing pages, blogs, SEO optimisation, image editing, plugin management, and content updates.
- Produce hands\-on graphic design work using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and online channels.
- Support branding initiatives including visual identity, packaging, product literature, and corporate communications.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to support launches, customer campaigns, distributor marketing, and commercial growth.
- Analyse market trends, campaign performance, website analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high\-quality output and timely delivery.
- Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging multimedia content including photography, video editing, animations, or motion graphics where required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing analysis using Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with company branding, regulatory requirements, and organisational standards.
- Proven experience in a hands\-on marketing role with responsibility for both strategy and direct content creation.
- Strong practical experience using WordPress, including website editing, page building, SEO, plugins, and content management.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Ability to personally design and produce professional marketing collateral rather than solely briefing external agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content creation, SEO, social media management, and campaign delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative, proactive, and detail\-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience within healthcare, medical devices, emergency services, SaaS, IoT, or technical product environments.
- Experience with photography, video editing, animation, or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience supporting international sales teams, distributors, or B2B channel marketing.
Pay: £27,941\.69\-£56,408\.03 per year
