The Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for protecting, strengthening, and scaling the Truly brand across all channels and locations. This role plays a critical part in driving patient acquisition, engagement, and business growth through brand leadership, local activation, content strategy, events, and commercially focused marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Own and evolve the Truly brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency across practices, campaigns, and communications.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and standards.
- Champion the organization’s tone of voice and customer experience principles.
- Lead content strategy across social media, email, website, and patient communications.
- Manage editorial and content calendars.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee creative production.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, and performance analysis.
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including print, radio, direct mail, local press, and in\-practice materials.
- Manage production of collateral, signage, and point\-of\-sale materials.
- Ensure alignment between offline and digital campaigns.
- Develop tailored local marketing plans for each practice.
- Build relationships with local teams and understand market dynamics.
- Drive community partnerships, sponsorships, and awareness initiatives.
- Support new practice launches and local growth initiatives.
- Lead patient open days, referral events, community activations, and brand experiences.
- Manage event planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure all events contribute to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Define and track marketing KPIs.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Manage marketing budgets and ROI accountability.
- Align marketing initiatives with commercial and revenue objectives.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience \& Skills
- 5\+ years in a marketing manager or senior marketing executive role, with broad ownership across brand, content, and offline channels.
- Proven experience in a multi\-site retail, healthcare, or consumer services environment, where local activation and practice/store\-level marketing are core to the role.
- Strong events management experience: open days, community events, or consumer\-facing activations.
- Commercially minded: you understand what drives footfall and conversion, and you measure your work against it.
- Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills: you know what 'good' looks like and can articulate it clearly to team members and collaborators.
- Comfortable embracing and utilising AI tools and workflows as a core part of how you work.
- Strong project management skills: comfortable running multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly collaborative: you work as well with a practice manager as you do with a creative director.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting, you are comfortable in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and standard reporting tools.
- Full, clean driving licence: travel to practices across Ireland is a regular part of this role.
- Experience in dental, healthcare, optical, or another regulated consumer health environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and patient journey marketing.
- Experience working on new site / new location launches.
- Third\-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Important Details Before Applying
