This is a full\-time, fully on\-site role across our two aesthetic clinics in South Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving clinic growth, campaign performance, patient engagement, website visibility, content performance and brand awareness across Venus Medical and Everyderm.

We are a multi\-award\-winning company with a 21\-year history and are recognised as one of Ireland’s leading aesthetic clinic groups. We provide a full range of aesthetic procedures, including non\-surgical skin treatments, laser treatments, minimally invasive procedures and plastic surgery. We have pioneered and introduced many procedures in Ireland and continue to be at the forefront of aesthetics in the country.

This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, creative, target\-oriented, efficient and comfortable working in a fast\-paced clinical environment. The right person will be equally confident planning a digital campaign, analysing performance dashboards, organising content shoots, writing SEO\-focused blog content, improving website visibility, gathering patient testimonials and working closely with clinical and video\-editing colleagues.

The role offers a competitive salary, a definite performance\-related bonus structure and guaranteed staff discounts on eligible clinic treatments.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Venus Medical and Everyderm, with a strong focus on digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, AEO, brand growth and revenue performance.

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing, website channels and SEO content channels.

  • Develop and manage an SEO\-led content strategy across blogs, treatment pages, website copy, FAQs, patient education content and landing pages.

  • Identify content opportunities based on patient questions, treatment demand, search trends, campaign performance, clinic priorities and emerging aesthetic trends.

  • Create content that supports both traditional SEO and emerging AEO / AI\-driven search visibility, ensuring that Venus Medical and Everyderm are well represented for relevant aesthetic, skin, laser, minimally invasive and plastic surgery\-related searches.

  • Write and coordinate clinically responsible blogs, website updates, treatment information pages, email campaigns, captions, patient education content and promotional material.

  • Work with clinical colleagues to ensure that medical, aesthetic and treatment\-related content is accurate, clear, compliant and useful for patients.

  • Track and present key marketing KPIs, including campaign\-attributed revenue, return on ad spend, cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates, bookings, organic search performance, website traffic, landing page performance, content performance, social media engagement and overall clinic revenue impact.

  • Create, schedule and manage regular social media content across relevant platforms, ensuring content is consistent, engaging, professional and aligned with each brand.

  • Personally film frequent content on a phone or camera within the clinics, including treatment education, behind\-the\-scenes content, patient journeys, team content, testimonials and campaign material.

  • Coordinate with doctors, practitioners, clinic staff, patients and video\-editing colleagues to plan, capture and deliver high\-quality content.

  • Manage patient testimonial opportunities, ensuring appropriate consent, professionalism and compliance with GDPR and medical/aesthetic advertising standards.

  • Maintain and improve HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, dashboards, reporting and automation systems.

  • Work with the clinic team to support promotions, treatment launches, open days, patient education events and strategic campaigns.

  • Monitor paid advertising performance and work to improve return on ad spend, booking quality and revenue contribution.

  • Monitor SEO performance, organic traffic, search visibility, high\-performing content, conversion from organic search and opportunities to improve ranking and discoverability.

  • Liaise with external partners, including our remote assessment tool partner, MeTime, where relevant.

  • Use AI and automation tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude and other relevant systems, to improve marketing efficiency, content planning, SEO research, AEO content development, campaign development and reporting.

  • Stay up to date with developments in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, AI search, AEO, aesthetic medicine trends and responsible medical marketing.
