Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end demand generation initiatives across multiple channels including content marketing, email, paid media, webinars, and field events to drive qualified pipeline.

  • Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through launch, performance tracking, and iteration.

  • Develop and produce high-quality content including thought leadership, case studies, product messaging, and SEO-driven website copy.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, audience segmentation, competitive research, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Manage marketing analytics and reporting in Salesforce, tracking pipeline contribution, ROI, attribution, and channel effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and refine go-to-market strategy.

  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing performance through data-driven insights.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or software environment.

  • Proven track record of independently owning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.

  • Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) applied directly to marketing workflows and execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, including ability to build reports, segmentation models, or basic attribution frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience working in lean, fast-paced environments with a strong “do-it-all” mentality.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline attribution (highly preferred).

  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, data governance, or database-related software categories is a plus.

  • Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills across digital marketing formats.
