Role Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to drive creator content amplification across paid social channels, optimizing performance and return on ad\-spend across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat. This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing and paid media, combining hands\-on campaign execution with data\-driven analysis to maximize content reach, engagement and measurable business impact across European markets.
About the team:
The EU Creator Boosting team sits within Prime and Marketing's Social Marketing organization. We amplify creator\-generated content through paid media across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest in key European markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES). Working at the intersection of influencer marketing and performance advertising, we connect customers with products through trusted creator voices while delivering measurable business outcomes. We partner cross\-functionally with Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, and Paid Media teams in a fast\-moving, data\-driven environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Curate content fit for launch into marketing campaigns from the repository of content generated by multiple creators
- Launch social media marketing campaigns using curated content on all major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.
- Report detailed performance metrics using established measurement frameworks
- Manage bids of ads for optimal allocation of budget
- Provide feedback to creators for improving content based on top performing content

- Experience in professional non\-internship marketing
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
- Experience in e\-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
- Experience using data visualization tools
