Our Marketing Team
The Marketing team is part of Lengow's Revenue department and is composed of a Head of Content Strategy and a Content \& SEO Assistant, both based in Nantes, and a Senior Demand Generation Manager, based in Barcelona. As Marketing Manager, you will lead this team during a 6\-month maternity leave cover, ensuring priorities are aligned and key initiatives are successfully delivered.
The team's mission is to support Lengow's growth by generating demand, strengthening brand visibility and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across the customer journey.
The team operates across several European markets, with a particular focus on France, Spain, Italy and the DACH region. Most campaigns, content and marketing assets are created in English before being adapted to local markets.
Working in a collaborative, international and performance\-driven environment, you will interact regularly with senior stakeholders, including the CRO and CEO, while partnering with multiple teams across the business.
Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (6\-month maternity cover) to lead and coordinate our marketing activities during a key phase of growth and transformation for the company.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will manage a small international marketing team and ensure the successful execution of Lengow's marketing plan while working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Leadership teams.
Your main tasks would be as follows:
Marketing Strategy \& Execution* Execute and adapt Lengow’s marketing plan according to business priorities and market opportunities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across demand generation, events, content and partner marketing
- Identify and prioritise the highest\-impact opportunities for the business
- Ensure strong alignment between Marketing, Sales and Partnerships teams
- Analyse campaign results and customer acquisition performance
- Track key marketing KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Drive data\-informed decisions to optimise marketing investments
- Support Lengow’s visibility across the e\-commerce ecosystem
- Contribute to the evolution of marketing assets and sales enablement materials
- Work closely with Finance to ensure effective budget tracking and prioritisation
- Set priorities, allocate resources and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives
- Provide guidance, remove blockers and help the team focus on the highest\-impact opportunities

Experience* 10\+ years in marketing, including significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Defining and executing marketing plans
- Leading and developing a marketing team
- Working closely with Sales and commercial stakeholders
- Managing marketing budgets and tracking business performance
- Exposure to e\-commerce/marketplaces is a plus
- Another nice plus: experience with AI\-powered marketing tools, workflow automation or productivity solutions
- Data\-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions
- Strong prioritisation and decision\-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Hands\-on approach with the ability to contribute operationally when needed, particularly on French\-speaking initiatives
- Excellent communication and cross\-functional collaboration skills
- Positive, pragmatic and solution\-oriented attitude
- Spanish, German or Italian is a plus
