Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule engaging content.
- Create posts, stories, reels, videos and carousel content.
- Increase audience engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Create, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
- Develop audiences and targeting strategies.
- Create and test multiple advert formats.
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting.
- Manage marketing activity within HubSpot.
- Create and distribute email campaigns and e\-shots.
- Build lead nurturing workflows and automated follow\-up sequences.
- Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Maintain marketing databases and reporting.
- Design engaging digital marketing assets including:
- Social media graphics
- Carousel adverts
- Email campaigns
- Flyers
- Sales support materials
- Promotional graphics
- Event marketing materials
- Edit images and videos for digital marketing use.
- Ensure all content is professionally presented and aligned with brand standards.
Essential
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business.
- Strong experience with Meta Business Suite and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
- Experience creating and optimising paid social campaigns.
- Experience using HubSpot Marketing or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data\-driven decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Video editing experience.
- LinkedIn advertising experience.
- YouTube content management.
- Photography and content creation experience.
- Experience working within B2B environments.
- Experience supporting a sales team through lead generation activities.
- Consistent generation of qualified leads.
- Growth in audience engagement, reach and ROI.
- Successful management of paid advertising campaigns.
- High\-quality marketing materials delivered on time.
- Effective use of HubSpot to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Measurable contribution to business growth.
