This internship is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic team, while having the possibility of a full\-time role upon successful completion.
What you’ll learn:
By joining our team, you will learn how to use Marketo Engage, our marketing automation platform, and support the execution of digital operational activities across Cloud Champion.
Key Activities:
- Build and update email campaigns in Marketo using approved templates and content.
- Create and update WordPress landing pages using existing templates, content blocks, and brand guidelines.
- Support webinar activities, including event setup, registration pages, email communications, reminders, and event configuration.
- Host webinars, providing operational support to speakers and attendees during live sessions.
- Complete post\-webinar activities, including attendee management, reporting, and follow\-up communications.
- Update website content, training resources, and campaign assets across Cloud Champion platforms.
- Support content updates and localization across multiple countries and markets.
- Coordinate with consultants and team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Follow documented processes and standard operating procedures when completing recurring tasks.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently in the final year of their studies or having recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible to sign an internship agreement for a minimum of 6 months, available 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- English speaker is mandatory, additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and French will be a plus.
- Effective communication skills with any audience.
- Multitasking, organized, goal\-oriented, attention to detail, enthusiasm for learning with fluent communication and team spirit.
- Comfortable with structured processes.
